Reducing stress associated with improper eating and exercising: 
Both the body and mind must be treated as one organism. This
organism needs to be exercised and fuelled correctly to work
properly.  Exercising both the mind and body are two separate pieces
of a whole part. The mind will not work efficiently if the body is not in
order. That is why it is important to have a balanced lifestyle when
studying which includes eating and exercising right. 
Exercise: 
Exercise is a fantastic way to get rid of any stress build up during
studying. Exercise gets the blood flowing, oxygen pumping to the
brain, muscles working, and releases adrenaline and endorphins that
help pump up and also relax the body. 
To effectively reduce stress, the exercise doesn’t need to be very
long and it doesn’t need to be extremely active either. Just 20 minutes
of brisk walking is enough to reduce your stress levels.
Including exercise time in your study schedule is a very important
component to reducing your study stress. It really doesn’t matter the
kind of exercise that is chosen, it is more important that the exercise
that you choose is something that you will commit to do consistently.
Diet and regular meals: 
Food is the fuel for your mind and body. You can’t run any machinery
with out something to fuel it. The principle isn’t much different for your
body. Studying is an endurance race and you need to make sure that
you have the proper fuel to finish it.
Your First Meal of the Day - Breakfast:
We should all know that breakfast is the most important and critical
meal of the day. That is why it is very important to start the day with a
‘good’ breakfast, not just ‘a’ breakfast.
