crispness of the image fades, they would look at the candle for
another 30 seconds and repeat the same steps. By practicing this
technique, you will be able to improve your concentration and
memory.
Nothing thinking
Another very old technique that has been used as a form of
meditation which also improves concentration and focus is to
practice thinking nothing. As silly as it sounds, the mind is always
wondering in thought and to be able to focus the mind on nothing is
a real challenge. This exercise can be done anywhere by anyone and
is very straightforward.
To try this exercise, all you need to do try focusing on nothing. As soon
as something comes into your head, or you think of something, youll
have to start over. The best place to practice this exercise is in a quite
location. Time yourself and see how long you can last.
